They're looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Generalist who can own marketing execution across multiple channels. This is not a coordinator role, they need a builder who can execute, optimize, and drive measurable growth.
If you're comfortable moving between SEO, Webflow, email automation, paid social, and design, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Do
SEO & Organic Growth
Own on-page, technical, and content SEO initiatives.
Conduct keyword research, content mapping, and optimization.
Monitor performance through Google Search Console and GA4.
Improve rankings, organic traffic, and conversion rates.
Support link-building and digital PR initiatives.
Website Management (Webflow)
Build and maintain pages, landing pages, and CMS collections in Webflow.
Optimize user experience, conversion rates, and site performance.
Run A/B tests and implement website improvements.
Integrate marketing tools, analytics, forms, and third-party scripts.
Email Marketing & Automation
Create and manage nurture sequences, newsletters, and lifecycle campaigns.
Build audience segmentation and automated workflows.
Maintain deliverability and list health.
Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize results.
LinkedIn Marketing
Manage organic and paid LinkedIn campaigns.
Create audiences, launch campaigns, and monitor performance.
Optimize CPL, CTR, and lead generation efforts.
Support company page growth and engagement.
Design & Marketing Assets
Create presentations, one-pagers, sales collateral, and campaign creatives.
Design marketing assets for email, social media, and paid advertising.
Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
