Your Role

• Plan, create and publish engaging social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn) tailored to local Bulgarian and wider regional audiences

• Manage day-to-day community interactions: monitor comments and messages, respond promptly and professionally, and escalate issues to relevant teams

• Develop and execute social-first campaigns to drive brand awareness, user acquisition and retention in line with marketing objectives

• Work with design, copy and localisation partners to produce on-brand creative assets and short-form video content optimised for each channel

• Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools; maintain content calendars and ensure timely delivery

• Monitor social performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations to improve engagement and ROI

• Collaborate with paid media, CRM and product teams to align organic activity with promotional plans and product launches

• Support influencer and creator partnerships, including briefing, relationship management and performance tracking

• Keep up-to-date with social trends, platform features and best practice; propose new approaches and experiments

Your Qualifications

• Proven experience (2+ years) in social media management, content creation or digital marketing, preferably in consumer-facing or tech sectors

• Excellent written and spoken English; good command of Bulgarian is required for local audience engagement

• Strong understanding of platform mechanics, content formats and audience behaviours across major social networks

• Experience creating short-form video content and basic editing skills (mobile-first production)

• Familiarity with social management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Sprout, Hootsuite, Later, Google Analytics)

• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into practical optimisations

• Creative thinker with excellent communication skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapting to changing priorities

• On-site presence in Sofia required; willingness to work occasional evenings for campaign launches or events
