We deliver sophisticated, turnkey renewable energy solutions for large-scale commercial and industrial clients, moving beyond the "local sparky" model to provide high-level engineering and project management.

 The Role
We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to manage our transition to a commercial-first brand. You will be responsible for translating our technical expertise and long-standing reputation into a powerful digital presence that attracts Tier 1 commercial clients and developers while retaining residential clients.

 Key Responsibilities

• Commercial Brand Positioning: Elevate our brand on LinkedIn, focusing on B2B lead generation and professional networking with commercial builders and site managers.
• High-End Content Creation: Produce attention grabbing, informative Case Studies for recent large-scale projects and develop a comprehensive Capability Statement to be used in commercial tenders.
• Web Management (Duda): Maintain and update our website using the Duda platform, ensuring project showcases and technical specs are current and visually professional.
• Social & Paid Media: Manage regular updates across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Execute highly selective, professional promotions designed to drive high-quality commercial inbound leads.
• Reputation Management: Ensure our 15-year history of reliability is clearly communicated across all digital touchpoints.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven track record in B2B marketing, ideally within the renewable energy, construction, or engineering sectors.
• Technical Writing: Ability to write sophisticated case studies and capability statements that speak the language of commercial stakeholders.
• Platform Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, Facebook/IG Business Suite, and the Duda website builder.
• Professionalism: A high standard of written English and a disciplined approach to brand voice—moving away from a "laid-back" tone toward an authoritative, expert-led style.
