Join the dynamic and innovative eCommerce team at Keurig Dr Pepper The CRM Digital Marketing Specialist works cross-functionally to manage and automate the Keurig.com email and SMS program You will report to the Manager, CRM, and own the critical promotional & lifecycle messaging and campaign workstream for Keurig.com in email and SMS as well as assist with inbox messages and app push for our Connected brewers Help us transform our program using automation to scale and personalization to create relevance for our consumers both within our innovative Keurig Starter Kit and Auto-Delivery program and those purchasing through site visitation.

This role is aligned to the Coffee Operating Unit.

What you will do:

  • Own the Keurig.com promotional email and SMS program; ensure messaging is personal, relevant, and timely
  • Manage all execution details including planning, concept development, asset creation, deliverable hand-offs, QA, and deployment.
  • Execute promotional testing across the Keurig.com portfolio, including brewers, coffee, and accessories, to grow consumer engagement and revenue, and support consumers post-purchase so they get the most out of their purchase and love their Keurigcom experience
  • Build email content and HTML as needed to support campaigns, working with data science teams to develop custom solutions such as trending, deals, or other automatic data sources
  • Utilize tools and templates to automate content, deployments, and more to expand your time to dig into new initiatives.
  • Collaborate with IT, finance, and merchandising teams to develop innovative, efficient, and compelling offers across the Keurig.com assortment.
  • Partner with the Manager, CRM to build and operate consumer journeys triggered by behavioral and lifecycle cues for both buyers and prospects, including setup, launch, and ongoing optimization.
  • Write clear and specific creative briefs and evaluate completed creative to ensure the message and imagery are on-brand; project manage creative executions for managed programs.
  • Use performance data to shape both strategy and tactics; analyze campaign and journey results, size opportunities, and translate findings into calendar, offer, and audience recommendations that improve engagement and revenue.


Total Rewards:

  • Salary Range: $70,000 - 95,000
  • Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors

  • Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Minimum of 3 years business experience; minimum 2 years’ experience in related field preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud with hands-on automation experience for complex and personalized campaigns.
  • HTML experience is a plus.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral, with all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Extraordinary attention to detail.
  • Exhibits flexibility to shift priorities quickly and remain calm and focused under pressure; ability to manage multiple projects/requests and meet deadlines.
