We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to support our digital marketing initiatives across paid programmatic media, search and shopping channels in North America. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to our overall digital marketing efforts.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to execute and optimize paid programmatic media, paid search and shopping campaigns for the North American market. You will be responsible for implementing day-to-day campaign activities, monitoring performance, and assisting with strategy development. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in digital marketing who is eager to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.

You'll be:

Campaign Implementation & Management

  • Assisting in the execution and management of programmatic media, paid search, and shopping campaigns.
  • Monitoring PPC campaigns across Google Ads, DV360, and other platforms.
  • Managing shopping feeds, including stock monitoring, updates, and regular communication with trade and shopping platform teams.
  • Briefing digital assets for online campaigns, including copy, imagery, video, and HTML graphics, in line with brand guidelines.
  • Managing day-to-day relationships with the PPC agency, including coordinating asset delivery and regularly reviewing site links, keywords, and campaign copy while providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Tracking and analyzing key performance metrics across digital marketing channels.
  • Generating regular campaign performance reports, highlighting key insights and areas for improvement.
  • Using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Mixpanel, and others to monitor website traffic, conversions, impressions, and other KPIs.
  • Monitoring and analyzing shopping campaigns using Google Merchant Center or equivalent product feed platforms such as ShoppingIQ.

Optimization & Testing

  • Supporting the development and execution of A/B testing plans across ad copy, landing pages, and other campaign elements to improve performance.
  • Identifying opportunities to optimize bids, keywords, ad placements, and targeting strategies.
  • Assisting in the development of new strategies and tactics to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Content & Creative Collaboration

  • Working closely with Content and Creative teams to ensure digital marketing assets align with campaign goals.
  • Providing input on ad copy, creative elements, and landing page design to maximize engagement and conversions.
  • Ensuring consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.

Budget Management & Development

  • Assisting the Digital Marketing Manager in managing and allocating campaign budgets effectively.
  • Monitoring spend across platforms to ensure campaigns remain within budget while achieving desired performance.

Learning and Development

  • Staying up to date on industry trends, new tools, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Participating in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Proactively suggesting new ideas and strategies to improve overall digital marketing performance.

You'll have:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar digital marketing role.
  • Prior experience in programmatic advertising strategy and campaign management.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, DV360, and SEMrush.
  • A strong understanding of website analytics and conversion tracking.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and clearly communicate insights.
  • A basic understanding of SEO principles and practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach to identifying opportunities and challenges.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Comfort using tools such as Excel and Microsoft Copilot for reporting and planning.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous agency experience would be a plus.

Compensation:
