For the Molecular Business Area, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist (m/f/d) located in our office in Turin.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that support strategic business objectives, product launches, demand generation initiatives, and customer retention activities.
• Manage and continuously optimize digital communication channels, including websites, social media platforms, digital advertising, email marketing, and other customer engagement channels.
• Create, coordinate, and publish compelling digital content aligned with business priorities and customer needs across different stages of the customer journey.
• Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations to improve engagement, lead generation, conversion rates, and return on marketing investment.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Regional Marketing, Sales, and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging and effective execution of digital initiatives.
• Support the development and implementation of marketing automation, lead nurturing, and customer engagement programs.
• Drive best practices in digital marketing processes, content governance, and workflow management to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement innovative digital marketing approaches, technologies, and AI-driven solutions that enhance marketing effectiveness and productivity.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Bruker's digital presence, user experience, and online customer interactionsStay informed of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments to ensure Bruker remains at the forefront of digital marketing excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing communications or related areas.
• Proven understanding of digital marketing channels, customer journey management, content marketing, marketing automation, and performance analytics.
• Experience working with digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, marketing automation tools, content management systems, and analytics solutions.
• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and technologies for content creation, workflow optimization, campaign execution, marketing analytics, and productivity enhancement.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across functions, regions, and cultures.
• Creative, proactive, and results-oriented professional with a passion for innovation, continuous learning, and achieving measurable business outcomes.

We offer direct hiring with an indicative gross annual salary range between €35,000 and €46,000, defined in compliance with transparency criteria and based on the candidate’s experience and level of skills acquired.
