Position Title: Digital Marketing Specialist (Google Ads & E-commerce)

Work Set Up: On-site

Schedule: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

This role focuses on managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, supporting SEO improvements, and driving ecommerce traffic and conversions. The person will collaborate with management to plan digital advertising strategies and analyze performance for ongoing optimization.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan, set up, and manage Google Ads campaigns focused on ROI and conversions

• Monitor ad performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports

• Conduct keyword research and manage ad budgets efficiently

• Implement SEO best practices for product and landing pages

• Support content optimization for ecommerce listings and marketing campaigns

• Coordinate with the ecommerce and sales teams to align campaigns with promotions and key products

• Stay current on Google Ads policies, tools, and digital marketing trends

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years of experience managing Google Ads or PPC campaigns

• Google Ads certification preferred not required

• Basic understanding of SEO and ecommerce performance metrics

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Google Analytics and Tag Manager

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
