We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to report to the Digital Marketing & Performance Media Manager and shape our lower funnel Paid Social and Paid Search activity across Europe. This role will play a key part in driving full-funnel performance, strengthening collaboration with Brand teams and implementing global optimisations locally.
You will work closely with the Digital Marketing & Performance Media Manager and agency partners, owning key elements of strategy execution, testing, optimisations and performance insight across Paid Social, Paid Search and Display Programmatic.
This role is pivotal, working with multiple cross functional teams, locally, regionally, and globally. A critical component of the role is to work closely with our agency team to deliver online sales targets for nine European markets. You will also communicate with Global Media and Legal and IT to ensure that our digital marketing activities have the correct technical build and are legally compliant. The candidate must understand performance marketing channels and have experience of campaign creation, optimization and reporting, to articulate the benefits of digital marketing strategies to the entire business.
