Job Description
NeoWork is hiring Digital Marketing Specialists to plan, launch, and optimize campaigns for U.S. brands. You will work across paid media, email, SEO, and marketing automation to drive leads and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn
- Build email campaigns and marketing automation workflows
- Support SEO and content initiatives
- Track performance, analyze results, and report on KPIs
- Run A/B tests to improve conversion rates
- Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and stakeholders to launch on time
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads
- Experience with email or automation platforms such as HubSpot, Klaviyo, or Mailchimp
- Comfortable with GA4 and campaign reporting
- Good written and spoken English
- Data-driven mindset and strong attention to detail
- Based in Argentina, with a reliable home office setup and stable internet connection
Nice to Have
- Google Ads or Meta certifications
- Experience with B2B or e-commerce marketing
