Action Day Schools is looking for a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. For nearly 60 years, Action Day Schools has been a trusted part of the Bay Area community, providing high-quality early education, private elementary and middle school, and enrichment programs for children and families.
As part of our small and collaborative marketing team, the Digital Marketing Specialist will play an important role in how we connect with current and prospective families across our digital channels. This is a full-time, on-site position, working from our Corporate Office in West San Jose. It combines digital marketing strategy, analytics, vendor management, project management, and hands-on execution.
We are looking for someone who is confident and proactive, but also collaborative and relationship-focused. Someone who can look at the bigger picture, keep projects moving, and isn't afraid to jump in and help with the details when needed.
Compensation Range: $90,000- $98,000 per year
We're a small team, which means collaboration and flexibility are important. Some projects will be big and strategic, while others simply need someone willing to jump in and get them done.
The right person enjoys both. They can confidently lead a conversation with an agency partner, dig into marketing performance, manage a project with several moving pieces, and also write a great promotional email when that's what the team needs.
Above all, we're looking for someone who is dependable, thoughtful, curious, and excited to contribute to a team that cares deeply about the families we serve.

Our schools’ doors opened in 1968 as a single preschool because of the founders desire to experience first-hand the marvelous thrills and excitement in the world of children. We have grown into today’s award-winning, renowned private education program complete with eleven campuses and twenty one programs. The elementary and middle schools consistently score in the 90+ percentile on national standardized academic tests. We believe that we have an opportunity to influence much of what will happen to the children as they go through elementary school, middle school, and then on to adult life.
Our program provides an atmosphere to enrich your children’s learning as well as to help them explore new, exciting learning experiences. Our goal is to allow children the opportunity to expand their knowledge, to learn about their capabilities, and to develop positive ways to express themselves. We enroll more than 3,200 children in its infant, preschool, elementary, and middle school locations. It maintains the same goal today as its founders did is 1968: to improve the quality of care for children during their period of greatest physical and intellectual development and develop a community of parents, children, and educators.
