Their range is exclusive, so members can't buy it anywhere else, and it's delivered straight to their door. The model is built on loyalty: members come back because they look forward to what arrives next.

They are part of a global group trading across several international markets. Locally, they run a portfolio of consumer brands across Australia and New Zealand, with another about to launch. Every one of those customers is won online, so digital acquisition isn't a support function here. It is the engine of the business.

For a performance marketer, that combination is rare. You get a product people want, a customer base worth acquiring and a business with the appetite to keep growing it.

The role

This role is for a performance marketer who wants their thinking to count, not just their optimisation.

You'll own paid search and paid social for two brands, with a genuine 50/50 split between the channels. The budgets, the forecasts and the results are yours. So is the story behind them: why performance moved, what to test next, and where the next dollar of growth sits.

Your recommendations go straight to the Head of Acquisition and shape where the business invests. As AI changes how search works, you'll help decide how the business responds.

What you'll do

• Own paid search and paid social for two brands across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta.
• Set and manage budgets, build forecasts and keep spend on track against new customer, CPO and ROAS targets.
• Dig into performance, find the insight that matters and turn it into a clear recommendation for the wider team.
• Build the Looker Studio dashboards the business uses to understand performance.
• Design and run a test-and-learn programme across audiences, creative, offers and bidding.
• Help launch a new brand, from its first campaigns through to scaling.
• Broaden your remit into affiliates and help relaunch a referral programme.

What you'll bring

• Around three to five years' hands-on experience across paid search and paid social, in-house or agency.
• Depth in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, with Meta experience to match.
• Experience building dashboards in Looker Studio.
• Confidence in Excel for budgets, forecasts and pacing models you build yourself.
• The ability to present performance insight clearly to people outside the platforms.
• A genuine interest in how AI is changing search, bidding and measurement.
