Digital Marketing Specialist

The Digital Marketing Specialist at ITW Permatex, a division of ITW, plays a critical role in growing brand awareness, customer engagement, and demand generation across both B2B and B2C channels. In this role, you will translate brand and product strategies into impactful digital experiences. Success means delivering measurable results through data-driven campaigns, optimization, and innovation.

What You Will Do

• Lead integrated digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage paid media across Google, YouTube, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Own website content, SEO, AEO, GEO, analytics, and UX improvements.
• Manage PIM and DAM systems and digital product content distribution.
• Lead social media planning and influencer marketing efforts.
• Develop reporting dashboards and optimize marketing performance through data insights.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to translate brand and product strategies into impactful digital campaigns and digital experiences.
• Lead digital marketing initiatives, effectively managing priorities, timelines, and stakeholders.
• Champion continuous improvement across Permatex's digital ecosystem, identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience, improve campaign performance, and support business growth.
• Stay at the forefront of digital marketing, AI, search, and emerging technologies, proactively evaluating and applying new tools, platforms, and best practices that drive measurable results.
• This position is based in Solon, Ohio

What You Bring (Requirements)

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of digital marketing experience.
• Experience with Google Ads, GA4, Meta, and LinkedIn platforms.
• Knowledge of SEO, AEO, GEO, CMS, and PIM platforms preferred.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
