Digital Marketing Specialist

Duration: 6 months from the start date

Possibility of Extension or Conversion to FTE: possibility of extension

Site/Location: Toronto, Ontario

Hybrid – 2 days per week onsite

The Digital Marketing Specialist will support paid media and digital marketing initiatives across platforms including LinkedIn, Meta, Amazon, and Netflix. This role is highly execution focused, supporting campaign development, media brief creation, agency coordination, creative asset QA, pixel placement, and performance tracking.

• Support the development and execution of digital marketing including digital display, paid search, paid social, online affiliate, external partnerships and e-mail channels
• Establish strong working relationships with internal/external stakeholders - including Creative Services, Legal, Compliance, etc. to launch new programs effectively
• Manage the end-to-end content review and translations processes to successfully deliver all initiatives - including translation, branding, legal and compliance
• Proofread copy and images to co-ordinate final sign-off on all key initiatives
• Manage marketing budget and forecasts to ensure spending is managed properly to achieve business growth objectives
• Track, report, and analyze metrics of key digital tactics to inform campaign strategies
• Build and execute on A/B testing strategies to inform campaign strategies through tools like adobe target
• Partner with team to test new channels and technology to drive innovation and Client acquisition
• Document and maintain up-to-date processes and internal best practices
• Work closely with agencies and in-house teams to optimize marketing initiatives to drive customer experience and acquisition
