NABA is currently seeking motivated individuals for the role of
Digital Marketing Specialist
Reporting directly to the Digital Marketing Acquisition & Performance Manager, the Digital Marketing Specialist will support the execution, optimization and continuous improvement of NABA's digital acquisition activities across international markets.
The role combines strong execution capabilities with a data-driven mindset, supporting lead generation performance through the day-to-day management, optimization and analysis of paid media campaigns. Working closely with CRM, Enrollment, Content and SEO & Tech teams, the Specialist will contribute to improving the digital acquisition funnel and the overall prospective student journey.
The selected candidate will carry out the following activities:
- Execute and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other relevant digital platforms.
- Manage campaign implementation, audience creation, creative uploads, tracking validation and quality assurance.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, funnel KPIs and business metrics, translating performance data into actionable insights to improve acquisition efficiency, lead quality and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Support the execution of A/B tests across campaigns, audiences, creatives and landing pages.
- Prepare recurring performance reports and dashboards using GA4, Looker Studio and other analytics tools.
- Support the Digital Marketing Manager in identifying opportunities to improve lead quality, customer progression and overall acquisition effectiveness through continuous performance analysis.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with CRM, Enrollment, Content and SEO & Tech teams to support integrated acquisition initiatives and improve the prospective student journey.
- Coordinate operational activities with external media agencies, ensuring timely execution and quality standards.
- Support the implementation of tracking solutions, conversion measurement and attribution models, ensuring data quality across digital platforms.
- Support email marketing (DEM) activities by creating email templates using marketing automation platforms, with basic HTML customization when required.
- Create, publish and optimize landing pages and web content using CMS platforms, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives, brand guidelines and conversion best practices.
- Drive Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives across landing pages and acquisition funnels through experimentation and data-driven optimization.

Job requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Communication or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing or Paid Media.
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads campaigns.
- Good understanding of digital acquisition, lead generation and conversion optimization principles.
- Experience using GA4, Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio (or equivalent analytics and reporting tools).
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools and attribution models.
- Experience creating and managing landing pages and web content through CMS platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into actionable optimization opportunities.
- Professional proficiency in English (minimum B2).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within Higher Education, Education Services or other lead generation-driven industries.
- Experience managing campaigns across multiple international markets.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads and Demand Gen campaigns.
- Experience using AI-powered tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini) to improve productivity, reporting or campaign optimization.
- Basic understanding of CRO, landing page optimization and experimentation.
- Familiarity with SEO, GEO and AEO principles.
- Google Ads and/or Meta certifications.

Compensation: €26.000 – €28.000
