The Opportunity
This position works out of our Kyiv, Ukraine location in the EPD Division.


As the Digital Marketing Specialist you’ll be responsible for successful implementation of Digital strategy in the country, including monitoring of KPIs, systematization of advertising tools, channels, product and audience; selection the most effective marketing mix, optimize costs.


What You’ll Do:
• Track measurement and reporting performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) by closely working with assigned Media/Digital agencies
• Execution of media activations in line with agreed media strategy and key performance indicators (KPIs) for market
• Media performance tracking and optimization to deliver the best media & business outcomes
• Track digital budget and spending commitments for digital partners
• Partner with Media Planning agencies to ensure Brand teams have the strongest possible digital media mix across all channels.
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Support e-Commerce activations/promos
• Work directly with the Brand Managers
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies


Requirements:
• From 2-3 years of digital experience: management of various channels like social media networks, Google/Meta/YouTube/TikTok Ads, website content
• Proactive attitude/responsible with high ownership
• English - intermediate (ready to discuss)
• Power Point, Google Analytics, Excel skills
• Strong analytical skills, data orientation and logical thinking
