About the role
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can own the full digital marketing execution loop at CodeLink - from campaign planning and delivery, to HubSpot operations, email workflows, SEO/SEM growth, and performance reporting.
You'll be the single accountable owner across campaign execution, digital growth, and marketing operations. If you take genuine ownership, thrive in structured sprint-based environments, and care about making numbers move, this role is built for you.

- Mid-to-large enterprises, scale-ups, and institutional organizations that need a trusted complex software engineering and AI implementation delivery partner.

What you’ll do
Lead-Gen Campaign Execution
- Run targeted digital campaigns across CodeLink's core audience segments, supporting the broader GTM strategy
- Generate and track MQLs, working closely with the Sales team to set realistic targets and measure campaign attribution using HubSpot and UTM tagging
- Manage email campaigns end-to-end in HubSpot from setup and segmentation to performance monitoring
- Ensure each quarter includes at least one campaign per audience segment, with campaigns consistently tagged and organized in HubSpot and Notion
SEO, GEO & Digital Growth
- Build an organic search baseline from scratch and improve it quarter over quarter through consistent SEO work
- Track and grow keyword rankings for CodeLink's target topics, reporting progress each quarter
- Support paid search (SEM) and generative engine optimization (GEO) efforts as you develop channel expertise
- Compile regular marketing performance reports with clear metrics and takeaways to inform team decisions
HubSpot & Marketing Operations
- Keep HubSpot workflows and automation sequences running smoothly, audit regularly and fix issues before they affect live campaigns
- Route incoming marketing requests through the right channels and maintain clean task tracking
- Deliver on sprint commitments and flag blockers early so campaigns stay on schedule
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related field, preferably in B2B tech, software services
- Proven experience managing marketing campaigns from planning through execution and performance reporting
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM platforms, and campaign management tools
- Experience developing targeted campaigns for different customer segments
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM/GEO principles and digital marketing best practices
- Ability to analyze marketing performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Fluent English communication skills
Nice-to-have
- Familiarity with AI-driven search trends and emerging digital marketing practices
- Knowledge of paid search and digital advertising platforms
- Experience using project management and collaboration tools to plan and track marketing initiatives
