About this Position

This role supports the Production Workforce (PW) project team by planning and executing targeted communication activities. The role acts as the “marketer” of the PW initiative, translating project objectives into clear, engaging messages for production employees, supporting awareness, understanding, and adoption. A significant focus will go to the promotion, adoption, and sustained usage of the PW Playbook (SharePoint). - Develop and maintain a structured communication plan aligned with Production Workforce project milestones - Promote, position, and actively drive adoption of the PW Playbook (SharePoint) as the primary information and enablement platform - Create and manage communication assets supporting the PW Playbook (launch materials, guides, highlights, campaigns) - Create and adapt communication materials for Supply Chain leadership & production workers (presentations, FAQs, posters, toolkits, messages) - Collect feedback on communication effectiveness and PW Playbook usability; support continuous improvement

What you´ll do

• Coordinate communication timing and channels with the project team
