Remote Recruitment is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive online growth for a UK-based business. Working fully remotely from South Africa, you'll plan and execute digital campaigns across multiple channels to generate leads and build brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta
• Manage email marketing campaigns including segmentation and A/B testing
• Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics weekly
• Collaborate with the content team on landing pages and ad copy
• Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and competitor research

What You'll Need

• 3+ years in a digital marketing role with hands-on paid media experience
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and Google Analytics
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
• Excellent written English for ad copy and reporting
• Reliable internet and a dedicated home workspace

What's on Offer

• Salary: R26,000 per month
• Full-time, permanent remote position
• Working hours: 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST)
