Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will work with the enterprise social media team to develop social media programming and content for the brand and talent marketing, aligned to their marketing strategy, to deliver on key priorities. Build and execute organic and paid social media campaigns for business corporate pages on social media.

We will count on you to

  • Lead end-to-end development, governance and approvals process for all Marsh brand and talent acquisition social content ensuring every activation aligns to brand standards, commercial priorities and risk requirements across the firm.
  • Responsible for development and social activation of Marsh brand partnerships, translating enterprise investments into high-impact content and campaigns that strengthen visibility, engagement and brand authority.
  • Accountable for Marsh’s Instagram channel strategy, content and performance, shaping how the brand shows up on one of the firm’s highest-growth and highest-visibility platforms.
  • Core member of Marsh brand reputation and crisis management team, balancing speed, governance and executive risk mitigation in high-pressure moments. Own daily brand and crisis monitoring through use of technology and hands-on across different social media platforms, bringing together findings, insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Lead weekly team meetings between social media and marketing stakeholders to discuss priorities, review programs in development and/or active and align on actions, creating a collaborative and transparent working culture together.
  • Contribute to presentations, scorecards and KPIs to measure social media and strategic marketing programs effectiveness.
  • Contribute to strategic projects as a part of the enterprise social media team focused on continuous growth and innovation.

What you need to have

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role or responsibilities.
  • Must have a minimum of two years B2B social media experience, with practical knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills, problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Proven ability to work both in a team setting as well as independently driving programs, with strong communications skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build a social media campaign from brief through to final social assets and post copy, demonstrating understanding of and application of social media channel best practices

  • Expertise with brand and crisis management across platforms including Instagram, Facebook and Reddit
