About the Team:

You will be part of the local Marketing Team at Coloplast Poland – a team of experienced and passionate professionals focused on product and clinical marketing. As the market leader in key categories such as Ostomy and Continence Care, we take pride in shaping standards of care and delivering high-quality solutions to patients and healthcare professionals.

Our Team is responsible for driving brand strategy, market development, and product positioning across core therapeutic areas, working in close collaboration with our Sales and Consumer Care Teams. We play a central role in translating global strategies into impactful local initiatives that truly make a difference.

About the Role:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you support and coordinate local digital marketing activities across key channels and platforms, ensuring alignment with brand, category, and business objectives. You play an important role in strengthening digital engagement, supporting customer communication, and contributing to impactful digital campaigns and educational initiatives.

You work closely with Market Managers, Clinical Team and Coloplast Business Centre to execute digital activities, optimize customer journeys, and monitor campaign performance. You help ensure that digital communication remains consistent, compliant, user-focused, and aligned with the company’s strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports execution of local digital marketing activities aligned with overall marketing and category strategies
  • Coordinates selected digital channels including websites, email marketing, and social media, ensuring content accuracy, compliance, and consistency
  • Monitors digital campaign performance and supports preparation of reports, insights, and KPI tracking in cooperation with relevant stakeholders
  • Supports optimization of user experience and customer engagement across digital touchpoints
  • Coordinates digital campaigns (product, educational, lead generation) in cooperation with Market Managers and Clinical Team
  • Monitors content performance indicators such as engagement rates (ER), click-through rates (CTR), and open rates (OR), providing regular performance insights
  • Supports communication with online audiences across digital platforms to strengthen engagement and brand awareness
  • Supports SEO/SEM activities, traffic-building initiatives, and ongoing digital optimization efforts
  • Cooperates with Event & Asset Specialist in coordination of digital content and campaign materials
  • Coordinates cooperation with external digital agencies and vendors where applicable
  • Supports organization and technical coordination of webinars and digital educational activities for patients and healthcare professionals
  • Ensures that digital activities are conducted in line with legal, regulatory, and data privacy requirements
  • Monitors digital trends, tools, and best practices, proactively suggesting improvements and new solutions
  • Supports cross-functional digital initiatives and cooperation with other departments where needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing or related marketing activities
  • Experience in digital communication channels including websites, social media, email marketing, and basic analytics
  • Good understanding of digital marketing tools and campaign performance monitoring
  • Experience in cooperation with agencies and cross-functional teams is an advantage
  • Understanding of healthcare communication and compliance requirements is an advantage
  • Fluent Polish (written and spoken) and communicative English
  • Good organizational skills, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn in a dynamic digital environment
