Meet the Team:

Working in the DTC (Direct to Consumer) Marketing team, we’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimise marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role plays a key part in driving awareness, engagement, and conversion through data-led marketing initiatives, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners and supporting website/customer experience improvements across our campaigns.

You’ll be hands-on across campaign execution while also using insights and performance data to continuously improve results. Your attitude will be as important as your skill set. Where you Come In:

Campaign execution

  • Plan, execute, and optimise marketing campaigns across channels including TV, OOH, Website, Digital, Emails, Customer Journey’s, Sponsorships and more!
  • Support end-to-end campaign delivery, from briefing and asset creation through to launch, optimisation, and reporting.
  • Ensure all activity aligns with brand guidelines and marketing strategy.

Content & channel management

  • Manage and update website content, landing pages, and assets to support campaigns and customer journeys.
  • Create and publish digital content across owned channels including website and emails.
  • Support copywriting for digital assets such as emails and web content.

Performance & optimisation

  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance using analytics platforms.
  • Monitor KPIs including traffic, engagement, lead generation, and ROI.
  • Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to improve performance through testing and optimisation (e.g. A/B testing).

Marketing technology & tools

  • Use marketing platforms and tools (e.g. marketing automation, CMS) to support campaign delivery and reporting.
  • Maintain best practice in data accuracy, tracking, and compliance.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure all marketing materials comply with TGA (Australia) and ASA Therapeutic Code (NZ) regulations, as well as internal Marketing/Legal/Regulatory/Medical processes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for approvals and audits.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Liaise with advertising companies to book in media and advertising opportunities
  • Work closely with global and APAC teams to localise creative assets for product range.

What makes you successful:

  • You have between 3-5 years of progressive experience in healthcare or consumer health product management/ /medical devices/pharma with a proven track record of success from concept development to launch.
  • You have a data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • You have Clear communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • You have are proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • You have Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • You have CRM or Marketing software experience e.g. HubSpot or Marketing Cloud.
  • You have Ability to interpret and act on analytics insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
  • You have Creative skills for developing engaging content, including copywriting and design briefing.
  • You have Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You have sound knowledge of the relevant market space, competitor offerings, and industry trends will be advantageous.
  • You have good knowledge of the major healthcare systems in ANZ will be advantageous.
  • You have sound project management skills will be advantageous.

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
