· Provide day-to-day marketing coordination and administrative support to the Head of Marketing ANZ.
· Assist with campaign calendars, launch timelines, WIP documents, meeting notes, reports, and internal updates.
· Coordinate follow-ups with agencies, suppliers, retailers, event partners, and internal stakeholders.
· Support budget tracking, purchase orders, invoice processing, supplier coordination, and campaign documentation.
· Help ensure approvals, deadlines, assets, and deliverables are tracked and completed on time.
· Assist with competitor monitoring, market updates, and preparation of marketing insights.
Social Media & Content
· Support the daily management of XPENG Australia and New Zealand social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
· Schedule, publish, and monitor social content across approved XPENG owned channels.
· Help maintain a weekly content calendar covering product highlights, technology content, user-generated content, trend-led posts, and brand moments.
· Write clear, platform-native social copy in Australian/New Zealand English.
· Work with internal teams and agency partners to coordinate lightweight content, including short-form videos, photo edits, reels, stories, and social-first assets.
· Support basic content creation and adaptation using tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Adobe Suite, or similar.
· Identify strong user-generated content and recommend opportunities to repurpose or amplify it.
Trend Monitoring & Audience Insights
· Track social trends, formats, hashtags, audio, and cultural moments relevant to XPENG.
· Monitor Australian and New Zealand social platforms with attention to EVs, automotive, technology, sustainability, mobility, and lifestyle trends.
· Maintain a regular “Social Pulse” update covering key trends, competitor activity, and potential content opportunities.
· Use platform insights and analytics tools to monitor content performance and audience behaviour.
Community & Brand Voice Monitoring
· Respond to comments, DMs, tags, and mentions in a timely and brand-appropriate way.
· Maintain XPENG’s voice across community interactions: smart, warm, knowledgeable, and helpful.
· Monitor reviews, forums, social chatter, and customer feedback channels.
· Escalate customer questions, sentiment issues, or recurring feedback to the relevant internal team.
· Support weekly and monthly community and sentiment reporting.
Website, CRM & Campaign Support
· Maintain and update XPENG Australia and New Zealand websites as required.
· Ensure website content is accurate, current, and aligned with brand and campaign priorities.
· Assist with CRM/email activity, including newsletters, campaign communications, and customer updates.
· Support content localisation and adaptation for Australia and New Zealand.
· Assist with campaign setup, asset coordination, and basic performance tracking where required.
Reporting & Performance
· Track and report basic performance metrics, including reach, engagement, follower growth, video views, website activity, and campaign results.
· Consolidate key insights from social, website, CRM, campaign, event, and retail activity.
· Support the Head of Marketing ANZ with post-campaign reviews and continuous improvement recommendations.
General Marketing Support
· Support the delivery of XPENG marketing campaigns across Australia and New Zealand.
· Assist with marketing briefs, campaign updates, post-campaign summaries, and approval workflows.
· Help manage marketing assets, including copy, imagery, video content, and brand materials.
· Support retail and dealer marketing requests, including showroom materials, campaign toolkits, and local area marketing.
· Assist with events, product launches, test drive activations, sponsorships, and customer-facing brand experiences.
· Coordinate marketing collateral, signage, merchandise, and event materials where required.QualificationsSkills & Experience
· 2–5 years’ experience in marketing, social media, digital marketing, content coordination, or campaign support.
· Experience managing or supporting organic social media channels.
· Strong content eye and ability to judge whether a visual, caption, video, or post feels effective.
· Strong trend awareness and ability to assess whether a trend is relevant and brand-safe.
· Ability to write clear, concise, platform-native copy in Australian/New Zealand English.
· Hands-on experience creating or adapting short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts.
· Comfortable using tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Adobe Suite, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar.
· Highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident working to multiple deadlines.
· Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
· Comfortable supporting events, retail marketing, campaign administration, reporting, and general marketing operations.
· Full working rights in Australia.
· Bonus: Interest or experience in electric vehicles, automotive, technology, sustainability, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands. Apply
