As a vital member of the Consumer Marketing team / Performance team, you will leverage consumer data, technology, and paid media expertise to drive business growth and achieve marketing objectives for PropertyGuru Vietnam.
What will you do?
a. Performance campaign management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel paid ad campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads) to meet and exceed business targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Brand, Trade, Sales, Product, and Data) to translate business needs into effective digital campaigns.
- Proactively connect with potential vendors to explore and test new ad features, platforms, and objectives to identify growth opportunities.
b. Mobile app performance:
- Manage and optimize paid performance plans to boost app installations and consumer engagement.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of app data to uncover insights and inform strategic decisions.
- Continuously develop and execute A/B tests to enhance the quality of app installs.
c. Data-driven decision making
- Build and maintain trustworthy dashboards for performance tracking and reporting.
- Analyze website and app traffic to guide and optimize paid channel campaigns.
e. Team collaboration: Collaborate with various teams to gather insights and identify new growth initiatives.
f. Others: Based on managers’ request, to maintain & optimize performance
