We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help shape and deliver impactful digital marketing strategies across two commercial regions (Africa Middle East & Pakistan and South and South East Asia) while supporting global digital marketing initiatives.

In this role, you will combine creativity, technical expertise, and data-driven decision-making to drive customer-focused digital engagement strategy, optimized campaigns, and ensure consistent execution of best practices and you will be accountable for the following :

  • Collaborate with Customer Experience Specialists to design digital marketing-enabled campaigns that drive customer engagement and generate demand.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with brand and marketing strategy.
  • Create and manage multi-channel marketing automation campaigns (email, SMS, WhatsApp, local platforms) with localized content.
  • Optimize website content for SEO, conversion, and brand consistency.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, delivering actionable insights and KPI reporting.
  • Champion digital marketing best practices, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and impact.

Qualifications

  • strong mix of technical expertise, marketing campaign planning, and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and geographies. You thrive in a fast-changing environment, can manage multiple priorities, and consistently deliver high-quality results.
  • 3–6 years’ proven experience in digital marketing, ideally in a global or regional role.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Marketing Cloud/MessageBird, Salesforce Sales, and Drupal CMS.
  • Strong skills in data analysis and reporting (Google Analytics, Qlik, Excel) to drive data-based decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Customer-centric mindset with focus on engagement, conversion, and brand consistency.
  • Excellent collaboration, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
