Your Opportunity to SHINE ON:

This is your chance to take the lead in shaping how Y Winnipeg shows up in the digital world—crafting bold, integrated campaigns that not only grow membership and awareness, but truly reflect the heart of our community. You’ll bring our stories to life in ways that spark connection, celebrate diversity, and inspire action, using data, creativity, and emerging trends to reach people where they are. In this role, you won’t just execute marketing—you’ll influence how we ignite potential, nurture belonging, and create unforgettable experiences that make every individual feel seen, valued, and part of something bigger.

WHY you’ll love Y Winnipeg:

You’ll be part of the heartbeat of the community—where belonging fuels potential and purpose drives everything we do. At Y Winnipeg, you’ll work in a culture rooted in equity, inclusion, and meaningful impact, supporting about 30,000 members and families. Alongside passionate, community-minded colleagues, you’ll help bring bold ideas to life, strengthen connections, and create lasting change—while growing your leadership in an environment that champions well-being, continuous learning, and equitable opportunities for all.

HOW you’ll create Moments that Matter:

  • Lead and execute innovative digital strategies that bring our mission to life and drive meaningful community impact
  • Create and deliver dynamic, integrated campaigns across social, web, video, and emerging platforms that connect and inspire
  • Own and optimize paid and organic social media strategies—from content planning to audience targeting and performance growth
  • Design seamless digital journeys through marketing automation and lead nurturing that deepen engagement and belonging
  • Use data, insights, and emerging trends to optimize performance, manage budgets effectively, and continuously elevate our digital presence

You’ll bring:

  • A degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience leading and optimizing digital marketing strategies
  • Proven success delivering multi-channel campaigns, lead generation strategies, and marketing automation that drive growth
  • Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, analytics, and performance reporting, with the ability to turn insights into action
  • Proficiency in marketing technologies (e.g., Salesforce, CreateSend, Drupal), social platforms, and creative tools like Adobe Creative Suite, with working knowledge of HTML and user experience principles
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and collaboration skills, paired with a commitment to inclusive, culturally competent, and bias-aware marketing practices

How Y Winnipeg Supports Your Impact:

  • Professional Development: Paid training opportunities
  • Wellness: Complimentary Y membership and access to Employee Assistance Program
  • Extended Healthcare & Pension Plan matching
