Digital Marketing Specialist | Lakewood, NJ · $30–$35/hour

About the Role A property management company overseeing a portfolio of 25 residential communities across the United States is looking to bring their digital marketing in-house with an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to lead the charge. This is a role for someone with a strong command of Google Ads and SEO who can own the digital presence from the inside out — building strategy, driving visibility, and delivering results across a nationwide portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to drive organic growth
• Monitor performance and continuously optimize for search visibility

Paid Advertising

• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns
• Track performance metrics and adjust strategy to maximize ROI

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and SEO — this is a must
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of digital marketing efforts
• Strong analytical mindset with an eye for performance and results
