We are currently recruiting aSenior Digital Marketing Specialistto sit within theEuropean Digital Marketingteamfor 12-month maternity coverYouwill report to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager for France and Belgium. Based in our London office,you will support both France and Belgium and work closely with the wider EU Digital Marketing and Brand teams, with a focus on e-commerce.
You willsupport the day-to-day operations of digital marketing channels (Paid Search, Paid Social, Influencers and Affiliates)toefficiently drive traffic and revenue to the website and increase stores footfall and sales for the French market.The role is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of our e-commerce and stores sales with focus on traffic, revenue, new customeracquisitionand brand awareness increase through the management of full funnel campaigns.
What you willbe responsible for
Supporting theday-to-daymanagement of digital marketing performance and brand campaigns across all channels (PPC, Social, Affiliates, Influencers, etc.), including reporting and analysis.
Supporting the growth of new customer acquisition through execution of marketing tactics across both earned and paid media
Analysing campaign performance in-flight and post campaign toascertainlearnings and recommendations for future campaigns
Preparing data to support forecasting,budgetingand performance analysis
Preparing weekly and monthly reports to include commercial KPIs and channel performance
Coordinating with internal teams and European digital agencies to support local operations and digital activations
Partnering with local brand managers to support digital campaigns and ensure strong impact in each region
Tracking performance and report across all digital marketing channels
Working closely with the website marketing, site experience, CRM and Omni channel, and other related departments to ensure a smooth customer journey across all touchpoints and channels reflecting the specific market needs and local marketing initiatives.
Skills, Experience and Attributes:
Fluentin English and French– in bothwritten and speaking language
Minimum 5years’priorworkexperiencein Digital Marketing,preferablyin theretailor fashionsectoror in a digitalagencyworkingwithretailclients.
Stronginterestin E-Commerce;pastexperiencein E-Commercestronglypreferred
Stronganalyticalskills,includingatrackrecord in leveraging data togenerateinsights tofeedintomarketingcampaigns
Workingknowledgein Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager and MS Office,includinga good command of Excel and M365tools(Copilot, Planner, Loop, etc.)
Data-drivenmindsetwithexcellent communication, organisation and coordinationskills
Abilityto multi-taskandworkon multipleprojectswhilemeetingdeadlineswithminimal supervision
Abilitytoworkinamulti-cultural setting /acrossgeographies, internationalworkexperiencestronglypreferred
Willingness and ability to travel regularly between the UK and France
