The Digital Marketing – Social Media Manager is responsible for executing and optimizing social media campaigns as part of the overall digital marketing strategy. This role focuses on driving brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions through effective content, campaign management, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, implement, and optimize social media campaigns aligned with digital marketing goals
  • Content Creation & Management: Develop, curate, and schedule high-quality content across social platforms
  • Paid Social Advertising: Manage and optimize paid campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to maximize ROI
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights
  • Audience Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions to strengthen brand presence
  • Trend & Platform Optimization: Stay updated with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred but not required)
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and social media management
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in social media platforms, ads management tools, Google Analytics, and content creation tools
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, creativity, communication, and project management skills
  • Language: Proficient in English (written and verbal)
