Job Description

We are currently looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our office in Warsaw.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation across multiple channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and drive data-based decisions that support business growth. Your responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies
  • Plan, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns focused on lead generation
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across key platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Analyse marketing data and prepare performance reports (Adobe Analytics or similar tools), translating insights into actionable recommendations
  • Oversee and manage the company website
  • Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets to maximize ROI and campaign performance
  • Evaluate, test, and implement new digital tools, technologies, and industry trends
  • Collaborate with a global digital team and external agencies

Our requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing as an independent specialist or manager
  • Proven experience in designing and executing lead generation campaigns
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles supporting conversion optimization
  • Advanced knowledge of analytics platforms (e.g. Adobe Analytics)
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience in project management and budget ownership
  • English proficiency at B2 level
  • High level of autonomy, proactivity, and strong organizational skills
