About the Opportunity

LMG Staffing Solutions is partnering with a collaborative design and digital marketing agency to identify a Project Coordinator This is a fully remote contract opportunity for professionals based in Colombia.

This role is ideal for a highly organized and proactive professional who enjoys helping teams stay aligned across multiple projects. You will serve as an operational resource for account and project management teams, ensuring work is accurately planned, tracked, documented, and executed.

You will work closely with account managers, designers, developers, marketers, strategists, and agency leadership to coordinate project activities and keep work moving through each stage of delivery.

What You’ll Do

Project Coordination & Execution

  • Support account managers and client teams across a portfolio of digital marketing, website, branding, and technology projects
  • Create and maintain project plans and timelines within Monday.com
  • Build project boards, create tickets, assign tasks, establish dependencies, and maintain project documentation
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify schedule risks, blockers, or overdue tasks
  • Coordinate work across design, development, marketing, strategy, and content teams
  • Follow up with team members to help keep deliverables on schedule
  • Ensure project tasks are accurately estimated, assigned, and updated throughout the project lifecycle

Meetings & Communication

  • Facilitate internal project kickoff meetings and recurring status meetings
  • Document meeting notes, decisions, action items, and next steps
  • Communicate project updates, scheduling concerns, and potential risks to the appropriate team members
  • Help maintain alignment across account management, project management, and delivery teams
  • Build positive working relationships while providing consistent and proactive follow-through

Planning & Documentation

  • Partner with account managers to ensure project scope, timelines, and client priorities are accurately reflected in project management systems
  • Maintain project briefs, status reports, meeting notes, action items, and supporting documentation
  • Track project milestones, approvals, dependencies, and deliverables
  • Ensure information remains current, organized, and accessible to project stakeholders
  • Maintain consistency across project management standards and Monday.com best practices

Resource & Process Support

  • Assist with resource coordination by identifying upcoming workload conflicts and communicating capacity concerns
  • Help teams navigate changing priorities while maintaining organization and accuracy
  • Identify opportunities to improve project workflows, templates, and operational processes
  • Support the consistent adoption of project management practices
  • Help prevent tasks, decisions, and deliverables from falling through the cracks

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, operations, or a related role
  • Agency experience is strongly preferred
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential issues
  • Ability to keep projects moving while building positive working relationships across teams
  • Comfortable adapting to changing priorities while maintaining accuracy
  • Experience with Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp, Jira, or similar project management platforms
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, and collaborative digital tools
  • Interest in improving processes and creating operational efficiencies
