This role sits at the core of a fast-paced digital marketing agency focused on helping home service businesses scale through high-performing websites, SEO, social media, and paid advertising. You will act as the quality gatekeeper for all digital deliverables, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with client expectations. The position requires a strong systems mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to spot issues before work reaches clients. You will collaborate closely with remote teams across different time zones, supporting smooth execution and continuous improvement of workflows. Your work directly impacts the quality of client campaigns and the agency’s overall reputation. This is a fully remote position aligned with US working hours.

Accountabilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end quality assurance of all digital marketing deliverables, including websites, content, SEO outputs, and social media assets, ensuring alignment with brand and technical standards.
  • Design, refine, and implement QA checklists, workflows, and process documentation to standardize output quality across teams.
  • Maintain structured feedback documentation, creating a reliable source of truth for revisions, errors, and quality expectations.
  • Monitor project management boards daily, track deliverable readiness, and coordinate resolution of bottlenecks with relevant team members.
  • Produce weekly quality performance reports for leadership, highlighting recurring issues and opportunities for team training and process improvement.
  • Support final approval processes by verifying technical accuracy, formatting compliance, and client-specific requirements before delivery.
  • Facilitate communication across distributed teams, ensuring feedback is clearly documented and accessible across time zones.
  • Requirements:

    • 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Project Coordination, or Project Management within digital environments.
    • Proven experience working in a digital marketing agency is required.
    • Strong proficiency with project management tools such as Zoho, ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
    • Excellent attention to detail with strong ability to identify inconsistencies, errors, and process gaps.
    • Strong analytical mindset with experience improving workflows and implementing structured quality systems.
    • Effective communication skills with the ability to deliver clear, constructive feedback and collaborate with remote teams.
    • US market experience is required, including familiarity with US-based workflows and standards.
