JobPurpose

This position assumes responsibilities ofmanagingthe development of F&BP e-businessin particularchanel.comby : setting up a clear roadmap to acceleratethe sales development ofanexisting platform & identify new opportunities - building strong & long term partnerships with operators to get analytics and customer data - building a winning mindset across different departments (Marketing,CX, Media &DigitalCommunication, E-logistics and CCCteams in the head office as well as POS retail staff in charge of e-businessoperations) - working in close collaboration with Global teams to develop new initiatives and relevant assetsplanning& monitoring budget ofchanel.comactivities– planning & execution by understanding ofexternal touchpointsand customer journey for acceleration not only business figures but also customer data acquisition and utilization

Key Responsibilities:

  • PlanningChanel.combudget &sales,campaign roll-out plan

  • Build up insight of brand online customer, proposedigitalmarketing strategy todivision &corporate team based onchanel.comanalysis

  • Analyzechanel.comsitecustomer behavior by usinganalyticstools

  • Communicate with Global team aboutchanel.comperformanceand campaign plan

  • Preparing evolution phase forchanel.com boost up &omni channel activation

  • Work closely with the localmarketing, media & digital communication team forsuccessfulcampaign orchestration

  • Collaborate with CXteam to set upchanel.commember acquisition and retention plan, reduce bouncing rate and increase the numberrevisits/repurchasing

  • Monitor the data to plan on segmentation and set the target to engage withchanel.comcustomers

  • Communicate withchanel.com PMOtomanage the .com roadmap & UX/UI AB test

RoleSpecifications:

Academic / Professional Qualification

  • University graduate (or equivalent)

Work Experience

  • +3yearexperience inbrand ownedE-commerce(luxury/beauty/online platform)

  • Hands-on experience and familiar with Digital Marketing

  • Experience working with cross-functional &Regional/Global teams

Required Competencies

  • Strong business analysis andproblem-solvingskill

  • Leadership skill / ability to lead and deliver result in a competitive, fast-evolving environment

  • Digital mindset and online customer behavior understanding

  • Excellent communication skill both written and verbal

  • Computer / digital literacy (MS Office, on-line business/communication)

  • Professional command ofwritten andspoken English
