JobPurpose
This position assumes responsibilities ofmanagingthe development of F&BP e-businessin particularchanel.comby : setting up a clear roadmap to acceleratethe sales development ofanexisting platform & identify new opportunities - building strong & long term partnerships with operators to get analytics and customer data - building a winning mindset across different departments (Marketing,CX, Media &DigitalCommunication, E-logistics and CCCteams in the head office as well as POS retail staff in charge of e-businessoperations) - working in close collaboration with Global teams to develop new initiatives and relevant assets–planning& monitoring budget ofchanel.comactivities– planning & execution by understanding ofexternal touchpointsand customer journey for acceleration not only business figures but also customer data acquisition and utilization

Preparing evolution phase forchanel.com boost up &omni channel activation
Work closely with the localmarketing, media & digital communication team forsuccessfulcampaign orchestration
Collaborate with CXteam to set upchanel.commember acquisition and retention plan, reduce bouncing rate and increase the numberrevisits/repurchasing
Monitor the data to plan on segmentation and set the target to engage withchanel.comcustomers
Communicate withchanel.com PMOtomanage the .com roadmap & UX/UI AB test

Academic / Professional Qualification
University graduate (or equivalent)
Work Experience
+3yearexperience inbrand ownedE-commerce(luxury/beauty/online platform)
Hands-on experience and familiar with Digital Marketing
Experience working with cross-functional &Regional/Global teams
