💼 Responsibilities:
🔧 Build and optimise advertising campaigns for top-tier B2B clients
📊 Create keyword packs, bid strategies, and budget recommendations
📈 Analyze campaign and account-level data for performance improvements
📑 Generate reports to support optimisation strategies
🎯 Align digital solutions with client goals across Search, Mobile & Video
📍 Spot opportunities to grow accounts and increase ad revenue
🧠 Apply critical thinking to improve internal processes and customer results
🎯 Requirements:
✔️ Native/fluent in German (C2), fluent in English (B2+)
✔️ 1–2 years of digital marketing experience
✔️ Solid understanding of online advertising (AdWords, GSN, etc.)
✔️ Google Ads certification (Search Fundamentals) is a plus
✔️ Skilled in Excel and familiar with Microsoft Office tools
✔️ Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
