The Position

The Global Digital Hub has been established within Roche Services & Solutions Center in Budapest. Our main purpose is to strengthen the digital capabilities of Roche globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Copywriting and Creative Design.

The Digital Marketing Operations Associate provides executional support for digital marketing activities through a centralized service delivery model in support of affiliate and business needs. Working as part of a hub-based operations team, this role is responsible for completing defined tasks across campaign execution, content support, email, marketing automation, SEO support, social media support, paid media support, sales enablement support, and reporting activities using approved strategies, templates, standards, and processes.

The Opportunity:

• Execute assigned digital marketing activities through a centralized operations model in support of affiliate and business requests.
• Support day-to-day campaign execution activities, including setup, updates, coordination, and maintenance of campaign elements in accordance with defined requirements.
• Perform routine website, SEO, social media, paid media support, marketing automation, sales enablement support, and reporting-related tasks as assigned and according to documented processes.
• Assist with marketing automation and campaign workflow tasks, including list handling, journey support, form setup support, and related production activities as applicable.
• Perform quality assurance checks to confirm deliverables are accurate, complete, and aligned with instructions, templates, and governance requirements before release or handoff.
• Support reporting activities by compiling performance inputs, updating templates, preparing recurring reports, and maintaining reporting records.

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in digital marketing support, campaign execution, shared services, operations, content production, or a related execution-focused environment is preferred.
• Basic familiarity with digital marketing channels and workflows, including campaign execution, content updates, email, social media, reporting, or related operational activities.
• Basic familiarity with digital marketing platforms, content systems, CRM, marketing automation, collaboration tools, or reporting tools is an advantage.

Salary starts from 1900 EUR gross/monthly. Final salary depends on the successful candidate's level of experience, skills and qualifications.
