We are looking for a talented individual who shares our values to join our team as Digital Marketing Officer. This position reports to the Marketing Coordinator and is responsible for ensuring brand consistency, compliance with regional guidelines, and effective engagement with our customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital & Social Media Management: Oversee digital and social media activities, including content planning, audience engagement, messaging, and multimedia production, ensuring a consistent and engaging online presence

Regional Liaison & Communication Management: Serve as the key liaison for regional marketing communications, coordinating promotional materials and reporting on campaign performance, audience growth, and engagement metrics.

Campaign Strategy & Oversight: Oversee weekly promotions and multimedia campaigns, coordinating content creation, ensuring accuracy, and optimising all materials for digital platforms.

Digital Performance & Webstore Auditing: Manage digital platforms by auditing content, scheduling and monitoring online advertisements, and ensuring timely activation of digital assets

Public Relations & Event Representation: Represent the company at events and media engagements, managing logistics, promotional materials, and serving as a spokesperson when required.

Job Requirements:

At least a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business Management, or a related field.

Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related roles.

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content strategies.
  • Proficiency in social media management, scheduling tools, and digital analytics platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO, digital advertising, and web content optimisation.
  • Skilled in multimedia production, including photography, videography, and editing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to plan, prioritise, and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Creative, innovative, and proactive, with attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Customer and audience-focused, maintaining professionalism across all communications.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and produce actionable insights.
