Digital Marketing Manager - Onsite - Afternon Shift (12pm to 9pm)

Hiring for one of our Chartered Accountancy firm in Lahore.

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing & Marketplace Manager to support our UK restaurant franchise business from our Johar Town, Lahore back office. You will manage the online performance of approximately 14 UK franchise stores across Uber Eats, Just Eat, Deliveroo and Google Business Profiles. The role combines marketplace management, commercial analysis, promotional planning and online reputation management to maximise sales, profitability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Uber Eats, Just Eat and Deliveroo merchant portals across all franchise stores.
• Plan, launch and optimise promotional campaigns to maximise return on investment.
• Analyse sales, customer behaviour, promotional performance and profitability.
• Produce weekly and monthly commercial performance reports with clear recommendations.
• Optimise menus, pricing and platform visibility.
• Monitor competitor activity and identify commercial opportunities.
• Respond professionally to customer reviews on Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Just Eat and Google Business Profiles.
• Identify recurring customer issues and work with operations teams to improve customer experience.
• Maintain high online ratings and improve review response times.
• Liaise with UK franchise owners and delivery platform account managers.
• Keep up to date with platform developments and recommend new growth initiatives.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience managing digital marketplaces, preferably within restaurants, QSR or food delivery.
• Proven experience using Uber Eats, Just Eat and/or Deliveroo merchant platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Microsoft Excel. Experience with Power BI or Looker Studio is advantageous.
• Excellent spoken and written English is essential, with the ability to communicate confidently with UK-based stakeholders.
• Strong commercial mindset, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple locations simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related business discipline.
• Experience working with multi-site restaurant or franchise businesses.
• Key Performance Indicators Online sales growth, promotional ROI, order growth, average order value, customer acquisition, customer retention, online ratings, review response times, reporting accuracy and profitability improvements.
