Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager - North
Department & Team: EMEA Integrated Marketing
Reports to: Viktoria Vianden
Location: London, UK
The Digital Marketing Manager for the North, which currently include UK&I, Nordics and the Benelux region, is responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on digital marketing programs that drive account engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue.
The role combines hands-on campaign execution with program management, budget oversight, performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver integrated marketing activities aligned with sub-regional priorities and global initiatives. A key focus is supporting local Account-Based Engagement (ABE) programs, demand generation, customer engagement, and measurable business outcomes.
The ideal candidate is creative and both operationally strong and commercially driven, with clear accountability for lead generation, account engagement, pipeline contribution, marketing ROI, and overall business impact. The candidate should understand how to manage the full buyer journey, working closely with Field Marketing to optimize overall campaign flows and shift focus from generic to personalised campaigns that resonate with ICP and target persona within buying groups.
This position offers opportunities for candidates based in, or around, London. You will join a great marketing team who together focuses on achieving great results, while making sure they also have fun along the way.
