  • Als Digital Marketing Manager (m/w/d) erstellen Sie zielgruppenspezifische Konzepte zur Steigerung der Markenbekanntheit und Kundenbindung im B2B-Bereich durch Social Media.
  • In Ihrer täglichen Arbeit erstellen Sie von ansprechendem Content (Texte, Bilder, Videos) für verschiedene Social-Media-Plattformen (z.B. LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram).
  • Außerdem analysieren Sie Social-Media-Aktivitäten, erstellen regelmäßige Reports zur Erfolgsmessung und nutzen Tools zur Überwachung von KPIs
  • Sie beobachten Trends und Wettbewerber im Social-Media-Bereich, um relevante Inhalte zu entwickeln.
  • Mit den Teams aus dem internationalen Marketing und dem Vertrieb stimmen Sie Kommunikationsstrategien ab, schulen und supporten diese.
  • Zusätzlich analysieren und optimieren Sie die globalen ARBURG Websites für Suchmaschinen, einschließlich Keyword-Recherche und On-Page-Optimierungen.
  • Sie planen Suchmachschienen Werbung nicht nur sondern setzen diese um und verwalten diese (Google Ads, BING Ads…) zur Steigerung der Sichtbarkeit und Generierung von Leads.

Ihre Kompetenz? Überzeugend!

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung. Nachgewiesene Berufserfahrung von 2 Jahren.
  • Ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch. Sicheres Gespür für Markenkommunikation & Storytelling. Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Inhalte verständlich zu vermitteln.
  • Hohe Kreativität bei der Content-Gestaltung und der Entwicklung neuer Ideen zur Interaktion mit der Zielgruppe.
  • Fähigkeit zur Analyse von Daten und Ableitung von strategischen Maßnahmen zur Optimierung der Social-Media-Aktivitäten.
  • Hohe Teamorientierung und die Fähigkeit, in internationalen, interdisziplinären Teams zu arbeiten.
  • Eigenverantwortliche und selbständige Arbeitsweise.
