
Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Digital Marketing Manager directs the Commerce email and SMS marketing program across all properties. The role manages the digital marketing team and oversees campaign planning, production, and execution to ensure communications are delivered according to established schedules, regulatory requirements, and brand standards. The Digital Marketing Manager monitors program performance, analyzes campaign results, and provides regular reporting to leadership to support marketing and operational objectives.
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
Primary Tasks:
Lead and manage the digital marketing team, providing guidance, feedback, and training to support professional development and effective campaign execution.
Oversee the digital marketing production workflow, ensuring campaigns meet standards for accuracy, quality, compliance, and timelines across all properties.
Manage the Commerce digital marketing calendar, consolidating submissions, prioritizing campaigns, and optimizing send cadence to support business objectives.
Coordinate digital marketing requests and campaign assets, ensuring proper routing and collaboration between operations, database marketing, and creative teams.
Review and approve high-priority or enterprise-level communications, ensuring brand consistency, regulatory compliance, and accurate execution.
Oversee quality assurance and production timelines, including content reviews, functional testing, approvals, and scheduling requirements.
Establish and maintain operational standards, including workflow processes, documentation, production guidelines, and governance practices.
Analyze digital marketing performance and present insights, identifying trends, guiding optimization strategies, and delivering monthly performance reviews to leadership.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners and manage resources, aligning campaigns with enterprise initiatives while ensuring efficient workflow and balanced workloads.
Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience overseeing quality assurance processes, including content validation, functional testing, and email rendering review
