Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join a prestigious Consumer Health company based in Cairo, Egypt. The ideal candidate will lead the development and execution of digital strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support business growth across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across social media, search engines, display, and email marketing.
• Manage the company's digital presence, including website, social media platforms, and online campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Lead content creation and ensure consistent, compliant brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, medical, and regulatory.
• Manage digital media budgets and ensure effective ROI tracking and reporting.
• Stay updated on digital trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
• Manage external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality execution.
• Ensure all digital activities comply with local regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager within Consumer Health or FMCG industries.
• Proven success in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong expertise in digital tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, CRM systems).
• Solid analytical skills with experience in performance tracking and reporting.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA or relevant postgraduate studies are a plus.
