The Digital Marketing Manager is an integral part of JLL’s Digital Marketing team and will assist the Director of Digital Marketing in driving efficiency and effectiveness across owned and earned digital channels, processes and platforms, working in close partnership with JLL China’s marketing team.
Responsible for managing our corporate site (https://www.joneslanglasalle.com.cn) and executing internal and external campaigns, the individual will work collaboratively with members of the Marketing Team and across business lines to build support for key initiatives and deliver our digital marketing strategy.
The ideal candidate will have experience with campaign management, landing page development, lead nurturing and email automation. He/she will be well-versed in the China digital marketing landscape,and be able to build fully integrated campaigns that leverage data from multiple sources to provide personalized client experiences and support demand generation efforts.
Eligibility for this position will be considered subject to experience.
Manage, train, and guide lead management vendor to pre-qualify, record and report business inquiries from marketing channels.
Develop and manage leads data reporting framework to regularly update business lines, marketers and relevant stakeholders and align with business goals.
Collaborate with internal CRM platform Blossom product manager to maintain and improve the platform to improve the internal user experience.
Data governance including but not to limited to data cleansing, data transparency, data tracking, data connectivity between different platforms and systems such as Eloqua, Blossom CRM, website, JINGDigital, H5, and miniprogram.
Coordinate with global website teams and Marketing Services team on localisation efforts, content uploads and bug fixes, which is compliant with global website guidance.
Work with local marketers to consult and build landing pages that optimizes content effectiveness and user experiences to drive desired business results including report downloads, public exposure and business inquiries.
Work with content team to manage all social platforms from account setup, renewal, regular data reporting and brand message design.
Understand and manage China specific Martech solutions such as SCRM tool JINGDigital and webinar tool PolyV. Leverage the tools to design digital journey, nurture leads and drive conversion.
Manage China specific assets such as H5 and miniprogram.
Build and develop a webinar standard operating mdel to standardize the process of livestream events to improve the team efficiency.
Liase with global digital counterparts including marketing intelligence, data team, revenue operations, website team, website development team, and Marketing Services teams (based in India and Dalian).
Assist relevant teams in building and executing digital marketing campaigns and programs (incl. campaign strategy, landing page and form creation, asset development, campaign automation, campaign execution, reporting and analytics, regional and global team communication)
Involve key digital campaigns to advise on campaign strategies, mechanism with the applications of data analysis, martech solutions, and global insight.
Work with Global Marketing Intelligence team to deliver insights on the website and key campaign metrics, and business outcomes to stakeholders and executives. Translate performance data into recommendations for the business lines to reach business goals. Collaborate with marketing, creative, product, and analytics teams to develop and refine content strategies based on objectives, audiences, buying stages, and cadence to improve outcomes
Build and maintain audience segments across multiple platforms (website, JING, mini-program)Stay abreast of market trends and insights, and participate in knowledge-sharing to keep teams well-informed of the fast evolving digital landscape, new solutions, competitor behavior, and best practice around topics incl. China data privacy regulations
Vendor management including Martech tool agency, Martech operation agency, concierge agency and digital agency, and related business processes
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent
2-5 years of relevant digital marketing and operations experience
Fluent in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written
Proficient with marketing automation and analytics programs, and other relevant tools incl.Eloqua, Adobe Analytics and BaiduTongji
Practical knowledge of how to build and manage lead generation, nurture, lifecycle, and/or retention email campaigns, and required workflows
Process-oriented and analytical approach to problem solving
Self-motivated, highly driven, and fast learner
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with ability to manage multiple projects and meet critical deadlines concurrently; effective use of time management and prioritisation skills
Good team player with excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
