Job Description

岗位概述：

该岗位将负责公司云端协作平台在中国市场的整体营销策划工作，包括产品从 0 到 1 的市场进入（GTM）策略设计、落地执行与持续优化。通过系统化的市场分析、用户洞察、品牌传播与内容规划，提升目标用户群体对产品的认知度，扩大潜在用户覆盖，并推动产品在短期与长期的品牌理解与行业认知建设。 该岗位要求具备良好的市场敏感度、稳健的合规意识以及跨部门沟通协作能力，具备短期内大规模B2B产品推广经验。

主要职责：

一、市场进入（GTM）策略制定与管理

1. 结合中国市场特点，制定云端协作平台的 GTM 策略，包括目标用户细分、价值主张梳理、推广路径规划等。
2. 在合规前提下，明确产品传播重点与沟通方式，确保市场信息客观、准确、符合法律法规要求。
3. 负责从0到1的市场切入方案，推动多渠道、多触点的市场验证与策略迭代。

二、营销策划与品牌建设

1. 设计并执行年度与季度营销方案，包括内容营销、活动策划、行业合作、数字化传播等。
2. 策划面向行业用户的传播内容，如白皮书、案例介绍、产品专题活动等，确保表达规范、事实准确。
3. 推动品牌在行业中的长期认知建设，逐步提升产品在相关群体中的关注度与接受度。

三、潜在用户挖掘与市场洞察

1. 基于市场研究、行业趋势及用户调研，识别潜在用户群体、典型应用场景与增长机会。
2. 建立有效的线索获取机制，推动潜在用户触达的市场活动设计。
3. 收集与分析市场反馈，为产品本地化策略与营销信息优化提供建议。

四、项目管理与跨团队协作

1. 与产品、销售、客户成功、全球市场等团队保持紧密协作，确保营销策略与业务目标一致。
2. 负责管理外部供应商与合作机构，包括行业媒体、代理商、活动伙伴等，确保项目执行合规高效。
3. 制定并管理区域市场预算，确保资源使用透明、合理。

Qualifications

1. 本科及以上学历，市场营销、传播、管理、工程类专业优先。
2. 5年以上 B2B相关行业市场策划经验，有从 0 到 1 的产品推广经验者优先。有SaaS相关产品或大规模B2B产品推广经验者优先。
3. 熟悉云端产品、协作平台、数字化工具或工程软件领域者更佳。
4. 具备系统性的营销策划能力，能独立推动策略制定与落地。
5. 具备优秀的洞察能力、结构化思维、内容表达能力及跨团队沟通能力。
6. 具备稳健、严谨的合规意识，确保所有市场传播行为符合中国法律法规。
