The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing Dis-Chem's integrated digital marketing strategy and is accountable for driving profitable customer acquisition, digital sales growth, customer engagement and lifetime value across the Dis-Chem digital ecosystem delivering measurable commercial growth and exceptional customer experiences. Key drivers for this are ecommerce marketing, SEO, retail media, CRM collaboration and digital partnerships. The role leads App, Web, Paid Media, SEO, Retail Media and Digital Partnerships while ensuring all activity delivers measurable commercial outcomes.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Commerce or Business.
• Postgraduate qualification advantageous.
• 6-8 years' experience in Digital Marketing within Retail, eCommerce, FMCG, Loyalty or Healthcare.
• Proven Experience growing digital revenue and eCommerce performance and owning acquisition and conversion targets.
• Proven Experience managing marketing investment and ROI and scaling customer acquisition through paid media.
• Proven ability in driving digital transformation to position Dis-Chem digital as best in class market leaders
• Experience managing Digital Marketing campaigns including paid media budgets, agencies, eCommerce and analytics.
• Proven ability to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns and partner activations.
• Experience working with agencies and creative teams across digital, DOOH, and in-store media.
• Strong understanding of how digital channels drive customer acquisition, engagement, and loyalty across an omnichannel ecosystem.
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
• (Advantageous) Exposure to loyalty marketing, customer segmentation, or personalisation.
• Strong knowledge of GA4, Firebase, AppsFlyer, Power BI, Braze, Google Ads, Meta Ads and Claude.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

• Develop and deliver Annual digital marketing plans.
• Lead, plan and coordinate category and promotion planning for digital campaigns aligned to the marketing calendar
• Own the digital customer journey across App and Web.
• Manage the development and approval of creative assets (Digital) by collaborating with agencies and the Creative Studio
• Support the execution of Better Rewards partner campaigns in the digital marketing campaigns so that collaborations drive mutual value and ROI.
• Maintain marketing SOPs, templates, and calendars by standardising processes and approvals so that campaign delivery is efficient and auditable.
• Manage Digital Marketing agency relationships and performance.
