The Role

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to act as the digital business owner for a defined portfolio of Force Factor sub-brands, with accountability for driving their growth and overall performance across our eCommerce and retail ecosystem. This role sits inside our Digital Marketing team and reports to the SVP of Digital Marketing.

You will combine performance marketing, retail media, analytics, forecasting, consumer and competitive insights, and rigorous experimentation to understand what is driving the business and determine what we should do next. You will manage significant media investment across Amazon, Walmart, Meta, STV, and other retail and digital channels, but your responsibility extends far beyond media efficiency: you will identify opportunities to accelerate demand, improve paid and organic visibility, acquire new consumers, grow sales, and maximize the profitable long-term growth of your portfolio. You will work closely with Creative, Sales, and eCommerce to make sure every dollar we invest has a clear job to do—and that we are constantly finding better ways to turn that investment into profitable growth.

This is a hands-on seat with real ownership over your slice of the portfolio. You are in the platforms every day for your sub-brands, running the tests, reading the numbers, and moving fast on what they tell you. You will be expected to spot changes in performance early, dig until you understand what is driving them, and turn those findings into clear actions. If you want a role where someone else calls the shots and you execute a plan handed to you, this is not the seat. If you want to own the business performance of a defined portfolio, develop the strategy to grow it, and be accountable for the results, this is exactly the seat.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the growth strategy and digital business performance for assigned product portfolios, with accountability for POS growth, customer acquisition, media productivity, paid and organic visibility, and profitable long-term growth across eCommerce and key retail channels.
• Own media strategy, investment, and performance across Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Meta, STV, and other priority retail and digital channels, ensuring channel decisions ladder up to broader portfolio and business goals.
• Develop, execute, and analyze upper-funnel demand generation across STV, paid social (Meta, Instagram, YouTube), display, and emerging channels to expand reach, build brand consideration, acquire new consumers, and understand the downstream impact on retail demand and portfolio growth.
• Continuously diagnose portfolio performance across sales, traffic, conversion, media, distribution, pricing, promotion, paid and organic search visibility, and competitive activity; identify the true drivers behind changes in performance and turn those findings into clear, actionable growth strategies and new business opportunities.
• Evaluate media through a total-business and incrementality lens, distinguishing paid from organic contribution, assessing new-to-brand acquisition, and determining when reported channel performance does or does not reflect the true value of the investment.
• Design and evaluate rigorous tests across media, bidding, audiences, creative, promotional support, and channel mix; separate signal from noise, document learnings, and rapidly scale what works across the portfolio.
• Use performance data, consumer insights, and structured testing to identify creative opportunities, develop clear briefs and hypotheses, and partner with Creative to continuously improve messaging and asset performance across channels.
• Translate complex datasets and analyses into concise, decision-ready recommendations for Creative, Sales, eCommerce, and senior leadership, clearly articulating what happened, why it matters, and what we should do next.
• Own retail media partner relationships, ensuring partners remain aligned to Force Factor’s performance goals and strategic priorities while maintaining internal ownership of strategy and investment decisions.
• Own portfolio forecasts for POS consumption and media spend; identify variances to plan early, diagnose the drivers, and recommend actions to close performance gaps or accelerate upside.
• Stay ahead of changes in advertising platforms, retail media capabilities, measurement, attribution, privacy, and consumer behavior, and proactively adapt strategy as things evolve.

Ideal Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 4 to 6 years of hands-on performance marketing and retail media experience, including meaningful ownership of multimillion-dollar budgets and business outcomes, not simply campaign execution under someone else's strategy.
• Experience in CPG, wellness, supplements, or another high-velocity consumer category is strongly preferred.
• Deep, current fluency across Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Meta Ads Manager, STV/CTV, including advanced bidding strategies, audience structures, and performance optimization. Experience with Amazon DSP, AMC, and additional retail media networks is a strong plus.
• Strong commercial instincts. Evaluates decisions against the health of the overall business, not just CAC, or ROAS, and understands when an apparently “inefficient” investment may still be the right investment to drive incremental and long-term growth
• Exceptional analytical skills and Excel proficiency. Analytically self-sufficient: comfortable pulling, manipulating, reconciling, and analyzing large or messy datasets, identifying anomalies, pressure-testing conclusions, and building analyses from scratch.
• Strong understanding of incrementality, attribution, paid versus organic contribution, new-to-brand acquisition, and the limitations of platform-reported performance metrics.
• Naturally investigative and intellectually curious. When performance changes, you do not simply report what happened, you keep digging until you understand why it happened and what should change as a result.
• Direct, concise, and confident communicator. You can translate complex analyses into a clear recommendation, explain the business implications to non-marketers and senior leaders, and defend your reasoning without hiding behind jargon.
• High degree of ownership and autonomy. You identify problems and opportunities without waiting to be assigned them, develop a point of view, and bring solutions and recommendations rather than open-ended questions.
• A bias for speed and comfort with ambiguity. You test, learn, make decisions with imperfect information, and move again without waiting for a committee, while maintaining a high bar for accuracy and quality.
• Genuine curiosity about the category and competitive landscape. You know who the important competitors are, pay attention to what they are doing, and form a point of view on where they are winning, where they are vulnerable, and what Force Factor should do differently.
