Job Description
The Digital Marketing Manager, Organic & Web owns the execution engine for the company's owned and organic marketing channels. This hands-on individual contributor role produces and optimizes SEO and AEO content, maintains a healthy and high-converting website, runs organic social programs, and operates the company's account-based marketing platform, following a consistent rhythm of produce, publish, measure, and optimize.
This role executes established strategy rather than setting it, working closely with Product Marketing, which owns ABM account selection, messaging, and Sales/SDR coordination. It does not own account or messaging strategy, paid media, or backend website engineering; it is accountable for execution quality, content and channel health, measurement, and continuous optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and optimize SEO content, landing pages, and on-page fundamentals (structure, metadata, internal linking, search visibility) for the company website, and optimize for citation within AI answer engines such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.
- Maintain the keyword and topic roadmap with the growth marketing team; monitor rankings, organic traffic, content performance, and AI-citation visibility, and translate recurring SEO/AEO reviews into prioritized actions.
- Execute the organic content pipeline against a predictable calendar, holding consistent quality, messaging, and brand standards, and refresh and repurpose existing content to improve performance.
- Maintain a recurring website review calendar, manage CMS updates, resolve outdated content and broken links, and partner with Marketing Operations on layouts, navigation, calls to action, and landing pages to improve conversion.
- Own organic social execution across active platforms — drafting, scheduling, publishing, and optimizing content in a consistent brand voice — and run structured A/B tests, applying learnings to content, format, timing, and engagement.
- Operate the ABM platform end to end (audience creation, target-account setup, campaign build, targeting, activation, reporting), executing against Product Marketing's strategy with accurate setup, naming, and tracking.
- Monitor account and campaign performance, develop and scale multi-version 1:few ad creative, and produce performance readouts that report results, insights, and next steps to Product and Growth Marketing.
Qualifications
- Four or more years in digital, growth, or content marketing, preferably B2B or B2B SaaS.
- Hands-on SEO (keyword research, topic planning, on-page optimization, internal linking, performance analysis) and familiarity with Answer Engine Optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to write, edit, optimize, and publish high-quality organic content at a consistent cadence.
- Working knowledge of website CMS platforms, page layout, user journeys, and conversion-rate optimization.
- Experience running organic social programs and structured A/B tests.
- Hands-on experience with an ABM platform (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase, Propensity) and a social media management platform (e.g., Oktopost, Sprinklr, Sprout Social).
- Proficiency with GA4 and digital channel reporting, with strong analytical skills to turn data into prioritized actions.
- Strong project and calendar management across multiple recurring workstreams, clear communication across cross-functional stakeholders, and a self-directed, detail-oriented, quality-focused working style.
