POSITION Digital Marketing Manager

Takeda Pharmaceuticals U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager with the following duties: ensure the excellence of digital products and services by driving timely project execution across the enterprise, reshaping strategies and tactics when necessary, and leading crossfunctional teams while co-creating innovation projects with employees, strategic partners and vendors; support digital business development by maintaining industry-leading competitive intelligence and decision support, modeling commercial feasibility and business case assessments, while ensuring access to best-in-class digital scouting and evaluation tools and continuously improving processes to discover external innovation partner; plan, maintain, and benchmark digital competitive intelligence infrastructure and service offering; ensure leadership has easy access to industry leading digital health strategic intelligence and related decision support; prepare high quality, actionable analysis and insights on targeted topics, delivering clear written reports, presentations and briefings to support executive decision making and wider digital communities; ensure wide utilization of digital health competitive intelligence and analytic capabilities, including, but not limited to: Data, Digital & Technology leadership, Business Unit leadership, R&D and Medical Affairs; ensure maintains updated competitive intelligence tracking key technology, industry and business trends, including targeted and continuously updated analysis of key sectors and companies; collaborate across to identify and prioritize business intelligence needs, proactively develop new case studies and enhance digital analysis, while contributing to building and sustaining organizational infrastructure that supports the digital innovation community, including shaping strategy, future vision, and fostering a culture of innovation; contribute as program manager to the execution of internal innovation programs that support and fund innovators across the enterprise and oversee grant funding allocation and spending, ensuring alignment with program objectives and collaborate closely with Finance to maintain budget and optimize resource utilization; support planning and executing external engagements with key communities and events to strengthen strategic intelligence, scouting and partnerships while driving digital partnership deal flow by identifying and assessing new business opportunities and contributing to partner/build/buy

decisions; support the management of strategic partnership deal flow by assessing new partnerships, benchmarking, due diligence, business models, and partnership development. Up to 5% travel for conferences required. Up to 80% remote work allowed.

Estimated salary range reflects expected pay for this role. Actual base salary depends on the applicant’s qualifications, experience, skills, education, certifications, & work location, & will comply with all applicable minimum‑wage laws. U.S. employees may be eligible for medical, dental, & vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, sick leave, company holidays, incentive compensation programs, & other benefits offered under company policies.

REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree in Innovation and Management or related field plus 4 years of related experience. Prior experience must include: develop company-wide Salesforce instance to coordinate strategic partnership dealflows and to leverage advanced AI for automation and advanced analysis; develop scientific/technical/business innovations from idea to startup to market (project management); strategic partnership and alliance management, including due diligence on external partners of different maturity levels to support the launch of late-stage assets; business analysis and technology/innovation scouting.

Full time. $161,803 to $182,270 per year.
