As Digital Marketing Manager at our Stockholm Head Office, you will lead Acne Studios' global performance marketing strategy, with a clear focus on driving profitable traffic and sales, new customer acquisition and lower-funnel conversion. You will own the end-to-end paid media approach across performance channels, translating global priorities into market-level execution and acting as the key link between performance marketing, eCommerce, brand, CRM and regional stakeholders.

This is a temporary position starting September 2026 to end of September 2027.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

In this role you will report to the Digital Global Commerce Director. You will drive profitable growth and new customer acquisition by:

  • Defining and owning the global performance marketing strategy, with a clear focus on profitable growth and GM3 targets
  • Developing full-funnel paid media plans across paid social, paid search/shopping, affiliate and emerging channels, in close collaboration with the Marketing team
  • Owning the performance marketing budget across all channels and markets, making strategic decisions on investment, scaling or pausing based on performance data
  • Setting ambitious KPIs and owning performance reporting, including GM3 and ROI, with regular updates to senior stakeholders
  • Aligning with regional retail, marketing and commercial stakeholders to adapt campaigns and budgets to local needs
  • Managing our digital agency as the primary requirements owner, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget and in line with brand standards
  • Partnering with eCommerce, CRM, Brand, Creative Studio and Digital Merchandising to integrate performance activity within the commercial calendar
  • Leading the A/B testing strategy and overseeing product catalogue and feed management for social and search channels
  • Ensuring accurate campaign tracking across GA360 and Dema, and leveraging analytics to uncover growth opportunities and funnel improvements
  • Identifying trends and competitor activity, and exploring how AI and automation can enhance execution, targeting and reporting

Specific experience and knowledge for this role:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally within luxury fashion, retail, eCommerce or a media/ad agency environment
  • Proven experience owning and managing significant media budgets, with a strong understanding of contribution margin and profitability metrics such as GM3 and ROI
  • Deep expertise in paid social, paid search/shopping and affiliate channels across global markets
  • High-level proficiency in platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Merchant Center and Commerce Manager
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage paid media plans, timelines and budgets across multiple markets
  • Experience briefing and managing an external digital advertising agency
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional and regional stakeholder relationships
  • Academic degree within marketing, business, or a related field
  • Technical competence in GTM, Google Analytics 360 and Dema, as well as experience from CRO and SEO, is highly meriting
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
