Job Description
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to own content, design, social media, email marketing, SEO, and website management for a fast-moving B2B SaaS company. You will be the person who keeps marketing execution running end to end, from writing and publishing SEO articles to designing social media graphics and managing product launch content.
This is a broad, hands-on role. You need to be equally comfortable writing a well-structured SEO article, designing a branded social media graphic, and publishing a website update without needing someone to walk you through it. If you are a self-directed marketer who can own multiple channels simultaneously and keep projects moving even when approvals are slow, this role is a strong fit.

What You'll Work On
Content Marketing and SEO
- Write and edit SEO-focused articles aligned with the company's voice and style
- Publish articles to the company website and manage content publishing schedules
- Optimize content for search engines and support the overall SEO strategy
- Make revisions based on stakeholder feedback and assist with product launch content
- Create case studies and broader marketing collateral as needed
Social Media Management
- Create social media graphics and written content across company accounts
- Prepare content for approval and manage publishing schedules
- Develop multiple design variations to accommodate different stakeholder preferences
- Support executive personal LinkedIn content as needed
Graphic Design
- Design social media posts, email marketing graphics, and branded marketing assets
- Produce multiple design concepts and iterations based on briefs and feedback
- Develop visual content aligned with company branding across all formats
Email Marketing
- Create email campaign designs and support email content development
- Assist with layout creation, optimization, and scheduling
- Ensure email campaigns are on-brand and aligned with marketing priorities
Website Management
- Publish and update website content on a regular basis
- Support product launch updates and new page creation
- Manage website-related marketing content and ensure accuracy across all pages
Marketing Operations
- Coordinate with leadership on marketing priorities and approval workflows
- Follow up on content awaiting approval to keep projects moving
- Provide status updates via Slack and written communication
- Support overall brand positioning, messaging, and campaign direction
What You Bring
- Proven experience in a broad digital marketing role covering content, design, social media, and SEO
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to match a defined brand voice and style
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop
- Experience managing social media accounts and building content calendars
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and experience writing search-optimized content
- Comfortable publishing and updating website content using a CMS
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Self-directed and reliable with the ability to keep work moving without constant direction
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting B2B SaaS or technology companies
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign
- Experience creating case studies or marketing collateral for a tech product
- Background managing executive personal LinkedIn content or thought leadership programs
- Comfort providing strategic marketing recommendations to founders or senior leadership
