We are looking for a Marketing Manager to own and drive an ambitious, integrated strategy that shapes how Durabuilt Windows & Doors shows up across every channel and market. This isn’t just a marketing role - it’s a greenfield opportunity to define the future of a premier Canadian manufacturer. ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Renovation Channel, you will operate at both the strategic and executional levels, owning the full marketing function for Durabuilt. You will lead brand identity, demand generation, channel marketing, retail experience and a team of five marketers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Strategic Leadership - Own and allocate the marketing budget while managing a network of agency and freelance partners.
  • Brand & Demand - Lead brand identity stewardship, PR, and high-impact lead generation across digital and traditional channels.
  • Channel & Product Marketing - Drive go-to-market planning for new products and create powerful sales enablement tools for our dealer networks.
  • Retail Experience - Shape the strategy for our showrooms and lead experiential programs like trade shows and events.
  • Team Development - Lead and coach a talented team of five marketers, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.

QUALIFICATIONS
You are a confident leader who can align executive-level goals with ground-level execution.
  • Experience - 8+ years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a dedicated people leadership role.
  • Industry Knowledge - Proven success in manufacturing, building products, or a complex multi-channel B2B/B2C environment.
  • Project Mastery - Exceptional project management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines without sacrificing quality.
  • People First - A genuine passion for attracting and developing talent- you motivate through both challenge and recognition.
  • Network - A strong connection to the marketing community is considered a significant asset.
