Division: CDA-Branding & Marketing (59000144)
Department: CDAD-Marketing Services & Operations (59000148)
Are you a digital marketing specialist who thrives on turning strategy into action? Do you love crafting campaigns that connect, engage, and convert — across channels, time zones, and cultures? If you're passionate about email marketing, social media, and data-driven execution, this could be your next exciting chapter.
About the Role
As our Digital Marketing Manager, you'll be at the heart of digital marketing strategy and execution in APAC —bringing campaigns to life across multiple channels (web, email, social media, events), and ensuring every touchpoint is impactful, compliant, and on-brand. You'll work closely with Business Unit Marketing teams and collaborate with APAC and across regions to deliver seamless, optimised digital experiences that drive real business outcomes.
This is a role for someone who is equally comfortable in the detail of campaign execution and the bigger picture of audience engagement strategy — someone who brings both technical know-how and a strategic eye to everything they do. You will play a key role in developing and delivering regional campaigns, with exposure to global initiatives, contributing directly to the strength and consistency of our brand’s digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:
About the Team
You'll be joining our Marketing Services & Operations department within the Branding &Marketing Division — a forward-thinking team that is passionate about delivering exceptional digital experiences that support business objectives across regions. We work collaboratively with marketing and business stakeholders to create cohesive, effective digital journeys for our customers. Innovation, data-driven decision making, and continuous improvement are at the core of how we work — and we bring that energy to everything we do.
About You
You're a data driven, analytical mindset, collaborative digital marketing professional who brings a blend of technical expertise and creative thinking to your work. You're comfortable navigating complex, multi-regional environments and thrive when working across time zones and cultures. You take ownership and communicate with confidence, manage multiple priorities with ease, and are always looking for smarter, more effective ways to execute.
